• First round begins 8:00 p.m. or ASAP after round 3

• $25 USPS postmarked by 11/25, or online by 10 p.m. on 11/25

• $30 online until 7:45 on 11/30

• $30 onsite 6:30 - 7:45 on 11/30

• Entries after cutoff receive 1-point byes (out of 2 possible points)
