The Chicago Chess Foundation and the Chicago Chess Center cordially invite you to particiate in a six-on-six high school chess tournament exclusively for Chicago public and private high school students.  CCF and CCC are both 501(c)(3) organizations commited to offering instructive and low-cost events that nurture chess cultures in every school in the city. The Six-on-Six Chess Rumble is the first event in this series and we look forward to a great day of chess.

Format: Six-on-Six School Teams

Scoring: Weighted Board and Match Points: 12-11-10-9-8-7

Sweet 16: This rumble is limited to sixteen six-person teams

Time Control: Game/40 minutes, with 5-second delay

Schedule:

Check-in 8:30

Round 1: 9:30

Round 2: 11:30

Lunch Break: 1 p.m.

Round 3: 1:45 p.m.

Round 4: 3:30 p.m.

Award presentation: 5:30 p.m.
